Anna Novikova

Εργαστήριο Γεωφυσικής - Δορυφορικής Τηλεπισκόπησης και Αρχαιοπεριβάλλοντος Dr. Anna Novikova is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Laboratory of Geophysical – Satellite Remote Sensing and Archaeoenvironment, IMS, FORTH. Anna completed her PhD in Geoscience on the topic 'Morphology and Dynamics of the Kara Sea coasts (based on remote sensing data)' at Moscow State University in 2022. Her research interests are focused on using GIS and remote sensing to study coastal geomorphology and coastal systems evolution under changing climatic conditions and human impact. She participated in multiple geological expeditions to the Arctic coasts. Worked as a GIS specialist at TotalEnergies (Paris) and Emiral Resources (Moscow).
