Michaela Stergiopoulou

Michaela Stergiopoulou holds both an Undergraduate and MA degree in Translation from the Ionian University (Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpretation), and has completed a traineeship at the Greek Language Unit of the European Central Bank. She is active in the translation and subtitling industry since 2017, mostly specializing in the translation of EU domain texts covering a wide range of topics (legal, finances, technical subjects, etc.) and in the subtitling of audiovisual content (TV series, movies, documentaries, promotional videos, etc.). She is also participating in projects of research translation, as well as transcreation.
